Building a new home in Switzerland?
When you buy a new-build home, the architect will usually oversee the base project and provide the plans. But these plans are not simply a fixed package. Depending on the stage of construction, there may still be opportunities to improve the layout, create better storage, integrate bespoke furniture or rethink the lighting.
Alongside the expected choices of flooring, tiles and kitchen finishes come dozens of smaller decisions you may never have considered—from the height of the skirting boards to the position of sockets and even the colour of the silicone sealant.
My role is to see these opportunities early, help you make confident decisions and ensure that the finished home works for your life and has its own character. I speak fluent German and can communicate your ideas clearly to architects, suppliers and contractors.
